Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed with Driftaway Coffee at https://rnd1xi-ix.myshopify.com.

Shipping options and timing

Available shipping services, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout for the destination and order. Estimates begin after the order has been processed and are not delivery guarantees.

Order processing

We begin processing after payment authorization. Weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, weather, carrier disruptions, and product availability can affect processing or delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after a carrier receives the parcel.

Addresses and delivery

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong; we can correct it only before fulfillment. Carrier fees or reshipping costs resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

International orders

International availability is shown at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, and local handling fees.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Check the tracking information and delivery location first, then contact the carrier and us. For damage, keep the packaging and provide photographs when possible. We will review the circumstances and available carrier remedies.
